I don't have any experience with Tofu so, are there any easy to make Tofu sandwiches? Also I'm not experienced with cooking either haha. How to make a Tofu sandwich?
I just fry up a square piece of tofu on medium heat, add some spices, and put on bread or pita bread.
You can also add salsa or hummus, and any veggies you like. How to make a Tofu sandwich?
Tofu doesn't really require any cooking. Grab some extra firm tofu, cut it up, and add whatever topping you like. I'd recommend avocados, hummus, red/green peppers, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, banana peppers, peanut butter, olives, or cashews.

The response from Harry%26lt;Edward is correct. Technically, it doesn't need cooking. However, you could always make thick slices from FIRM tofu. Marinade it in tamari (soy sauce), sesame oil, green onions %26amp; ground pepper and grill it or panfry it. You could serve hot or let it chill down for future use. Also, if you have any Asian/Chinese markets near by, check out their selections of tofu. They will most likely have several varieties of tofu: silken, soft, firm, extra-firm, smoked, pressed, dried and even ';tofu jerkey';.
Here is an easy recipe that is similar to an egg salad sandwich spread:
TOFU SANDWICH SPREAD
1 pound firm tofu
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1. Drain the block of tofu, and freeze overnight. Thaw, and cut into quarters. Squeeze out any moisture by hand, then wrap in paper towels, and squeeze again. Crumble into a medium bowl.
2. Add celery and green onion to the tofu. Stir in mayonnaise, soy sauce and lemon juice until well blended.
If that's too complicated, stores carry tofu cheese slices and you can make it like a grilled cheese sandwich.
here you go =)

vegan club sandwich
Ingredients:
1 block of extra firm tofu cut into 1/2'; thick slices
1/2 block tempeh, cut into thin slices
3 tablespoons olive oil
1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
1-2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
freshly cracked black pepper
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon maple syrup
white bread
lettuce
tomato slices
vegan mayo
salt and pepper
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
1) Prepare the tofu and tempeh for the sandwich as follows:
2) For tofu: Make the marinade by combining the olive oil, soy sauce, Dijon mustard and black pepper in a small bowl. Brush both sides of the tofu slices with the marinade and place on a lightly oiled baking sheet. You will have leftover marinade. Save this for the tempeh bacon.
3) For tempeh bacon: Add the liquid smoke and maple syrup to the remaining marinade. Brush both sides of tempeh with marinade and place on another lightly oiled baking sheet.
4) Place both baking sheets in the oven. After 15 minutes, flip tofu and tempeh slices over and continue cooking for another 15 minutes. Tofu should be browned and tempeh should be browned and crisp at the end of cooking time. If you need to leave them in longer, you may do so. Let cool after removing from oven.
5) Assemble sandwich: For a one layer sandwich, toast 2 slices of bread and slather each with vegan mayo. Place 2 tofu slices on one slice of bread, then the tempeh bacon, and then the tomatoes. Sprinkle tomatoes with salt and pepper. Layer the lettuce over the tomatoes and close sandwich. Cut in half and serve. You can also make a traditional double decker club if you like by adding an extra piece of toast in the middle.
You will have tofu and tempeh bacon leftovers which store well in the fridge and can be used for sandwiches the next day or later in the week.
Tofu sandwich
Use Nasoya or House brand tofu (the firm variety).
1 block (14 ounces) firm tofu
1/4 pound smoked salmon
4 tablespoons olive oil, or more to taste
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup shelled fresh or frozen edamame
1 cooked shrimp, sliced in half along the back
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1. Have on hand a deep 2-inch plain round cookie cutter or any small can about the same size.
2. Place the tofu on a plate and let sit for 20 minutes to drain the excess liquid. Tip off the liquid. With the cutter, use a twisting motion to slowly cut into the tofu, making one large tofu cylinder. With a sharp knife, cut that cylinder in half horizontally. Cut each half in half again to make 4 circles.
3. With a chef's knife, chop the salmon finely. In a bowl, combine the salmon, 1 tablespoon of the olive oil, 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice and several generous twists of pepper. If the mixture seems dry, drizzle it with a little more olive oil; set aside.
4. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and place on a cutting board. With a chef's knife, chop the avocado.
5. In a medium bowl, combine the avocado with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
6. Place 1 tofu circle into the cutter. With a spoon, add a 1/2-inch layer of the salmon mixture. Press it evenly with the back of the spoon. Repeat with the avocado mixture. Top with a circle of tofu. Carefully lift the biscuit cutter from the stack. Slip a small metal spatula under the sandwich and transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining ingredients. (Serve leftover salmon and avocado on crackers.)
7. Bring a saucepan of water to a boil, drop in the edamame beans. Cook for 1 minute. Drain, rinse with cold water, and pat dry with paper towels.
8. Garnish the sandwiches with the edamame and a shrimp half.
9. In a small bowl, whisk the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil with the remaining 1 tablespoon lemon juice, soy sauce, and sugar. Drizzle a little of the dressing on each sandwich and serve the rest separately
I like tofu, but I've never liked it as a sandwich.
I guess you could cut it into small chunks, pat it with a towel, and fry it.
I usually make my tofu with BBQ sauce, ketchup, and mustard.
You should try some veggie burgers, too.
