Hi sweetie. I heard that t ofu tacos are really good. I personally have never had them but I have a friend who always has Tofu Taco Tuesday. Hehehe you just mash up the Tofu like you would hamburger meat, put in your hamburger seasoning and all the fixins you want on your taco and voila :D You got yourself tofu taco thursday :DDD
I would have to throw it away!!! Sorry, I just don't like it.
You can cut it into chunks and use in stir fry. Just drain the tofu on a towel. Then put it into a bowl with some soy sauce, crushed garlic and sesame oil. Cover the tofu completely with the sauces and allow it to se fora few minutes. Then cut into bite-sized chunks and fry in a wok or skillet till it;s browned on all sides. Set it aside and stir-fry your veggies and add any sauce to that that you's like. Return the tofu to the pan to heat through and serve on rice or noodles.

Tofu is also good as a replacement for ground beef. Just put the tofu in a shallow dish with a towel over it. Then put a weight on the towel and leave overnight in the fridge. This will press out the excess water and give it a firmer texture. The next day, you can crumble it and use it like you would ground beef- with taco seasoning for tacos, burritos or enchiladas; with beans, tomatoes and seasonings for chili; with veggies and tomatoes for spaghetti sauce
Make this sauce:

1 cup peanut butter

1 chopped clove garlic

1 T soy sauce

2 T brown sugar

1 T turmeric

1 can coconut milk

1/2 tsp. Thai chili garlic sauce *optional

Warm above ingredients on low heat until melted/combined fully. Let gently simmer for about 10 mins until flavors combine.

Add in chunks of tofu and cover with sauce. Continue to simmer.

Enjoy!

***I usually add in broccoli, sliced red bell peppers, green onions, mushrooms, etc. to the sauce, with the tofu and eat with Rice or Rice Noodles. YUM!
