What can i do with tofu?

Im not a veggie, but recently tried tofu for the first time and loved it.

I had it in a sort of Japanese Miso soup, and i want some ideas on how to cook it in interesting ways. What can i do with tofu?
Pop it in the freezer for a few days. Then, put it in the fridge and allow it to defrost for a few more. Then, slit the opening and let the water drain out. Your tofu should now have a more meatier and delicious texture instead of the soggy and watery texture it came in.

* You can add it to stir fry

* You can marinade it in a mustard/curry/other spices you like mix for a few days and then put it between two slices of bread with a nice tomato and your favorite sauce and ta-da you have a tofu breakfast sandwich.

* Grill it and slather it in barbecue sauce.

*Chop it into bits and add it to the side of any meal.

*Slice it and put it on a vegan pizza.

here's some more info on tofu:

have fun with your tofu! :)What can i do with tofu?
you can marinade it in whatever you like.. soy sauce, italian dressing, mustards, etc.

then you can season it and grill it with some barbeque sauce on it. you can roll it in flour and fry it for little tofu fingers. you can crumble it up and put it in lasagna or really any dish that you would use meat in. there's always tofu stir fry. last night i marinaded strips of tofu in fajita seasoning mix and made fajitas with it.

the possibilities are endless.
The most important thing to do when cooking tofu is to put it in between some paper towels with a plate on top and let it sit for at least a few hours. If you do not do this crucial step, there will be too much moisture in the tofu, and it will not taste good.

My favorite way to cook it is to salt it and pan fry it in a high-heat oil, which won't turn into trans fat. This would be something like avocado oil, coconut oil or a refined type of other plant oil. Avocado is my favorite for tofu.
