What to do with a huge batch of tofu pate?

I made way too much for l'il ol' me (about 4-6 cups). I also impulsively threw in a can of tuna, which sounds gross but actually tastes pretty good. FWIW, it also contains chopped carrot and fennel, plus some miso and rice-wine vinegar for flavour.

Can this stuff be frozen? If not, how long will it keep in the fridge? Would cooking it in some other dish extend its lifespan? If so, recipe suggestions are most welcome. What to do with a huge batch of tofu pate?
Freezing it would destroy the texture and make it watery. I suggest ';pickling'; in in a marinade of rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and ginger. Store in fridge in covered container. What to do with a huge batch of tofu pate?
Go for a drive in your car during the afternoon at lunch hours and give it to a hobo on the street, I give them my girlfriend's ripped undergarments. :)
I would put it in a covered container in the fridge. I am not sure about putting it in the freezer.
