Now what the heck do I eat?

I have just been diagnosed with a number of food allergies, which explains alot of health issues. For 1 month, the allergist wants me completely off of wheat, dairy, eggs whites, banana, corn, tomato, chocolate, beef and seafood. I took a look in the pantry to make breakfast and was clueless on how to cook for myself now. Anybody aware of a recipe book or website that might help me?

With all due respect, please don't suggest tofue recipes...I've tried tofu, BLECH!Now what the heck do I eat?
Looks like you are pretty much stuck with chicken and pork.

Sounds good, chicken topped with bacon! Saute some veggies.

Make a chicken, bacon and lettuce Pita Pocket!

A Chicken fajita pita pocket yummy!!!

Make some home fries with some ketchup.

Chicken skewers with pineapple and teriyaki sauce.

Chicken and stuffing casserole. Make it with chicken broth, it tastes so much better!

Chicken pot pie.

Man, there is a TON of stuff you can eat!! LOLNow what the heck do I eat?
Try http://www.vegweb.com . They have some great non-dairy recipes. I am sure you could find ones missing the other 'no-no' items too! :)
well you can get bread with no wheat in it so get some of that, you have alot of fruit and veggie options left, chicken and pork pasta. Its gonna take some time but you'll get it. I have tons of food allergies trust me getting htem figured out is soooo worth it
I found two sites.

I hope I was able to help.
Wow. I do NOT envy you. I really hope you can go off at least some of these restrictions after the month.

Anyway... I am no allergy expert since I have none, but I searched the web. I was totally stuck on the breakfast part especially, since 95% of breakfast foods are out.

Here is one breakfast recipe you could try, maybe it`ll turn out to taste okay (who knows):

Breakfast sausage, wheat-free bread:

You could also have rice cereal, fruit salad, etc.

Good site where people offer suggestions:

Rae had great web-sites as well.

Good luck! On the plus side, you`ll be eating healthier :)
I think people are forgetting that you can't eat wheat when suggesting stuff with pasta and bread. Try this site, maybe:

Yummy. I'm thinking you'll be having lots of grilled chicken salads. Good luck to you!
