How much weight i can lose?

If i do workout(stretching, running, swim, some lifting, walking,jump loft.......) 6month straight, 2 to 4hrs a day 7days a week with right food menu's(Tofu, all kind a vegetables, grill cook meat.';fish, chicken, little some beef... etc';, drink a enough a '; 6to 8 bottles of 21oz.bottle waters a day'; waters, how much weight i could lose?is anyone can give me a average number answer? or since i am not a such a big fan a lots meat eater what type of workout can you recommend? by the way i am 5';7, 220lbs..........i need a serious answer. HELP!!!!!!!!!! How much weight i can lose?
You need to lose about 100 lbs. If you could stick to that diet and exercise you wouldn't be 100 lbs overweight, so you need help. Get a nutritionists help and join a gym, either classes or trainer. 7 days a week working out has to be alternated. You can't do cardio 7 days or it won't work. It has to alternate between cardio and strength training. With a trainer and nutritionist you might be able to lose the 100 pound in 6 months. On your own, you likely won't drop much, if any. You're eating and exercise got you where you are now, obviously you need help.

Safe weight loss occurs at 2 pounds a week. If after the first week, you've lost more than that, you're not doing it safely. Just keep your eye on it.
