How to enjoy the foods you love after a sucsefule diet?

yu see im using a very successful crash diet that is showing great results

so after i go from 240 to 200

(my should be Weight)

how can i enjoy tasty foods

you see i eat very healthy to start with

im almost a vegan

i juice

and make wonderfule smoothies and live on a very un solid diet

and here and there i normally eat normale but smart

my pounds and extra flubber was from bad choices i made a while back

but actually i pref healthier foods now

like 80% 0f me basicallycly hardcore vegetarian

but i do like subway which is fatteninging to me

and Wendy's

and im a great cook so tempted to bake banana bread here and there

maybe make tofu stir fry

some chicken soup!!!

DX after this is over im staying on my new leaf

but how can i still enjoy those foods



is it possible to like

only eat that one fattening thing and nothing els

some fattening like chicken sandwich and chile from Wendy's T-T

Try this...

Eat very good Monday thru Friday, and then splurge on the weekends. When you find yourself craving something bad just put it on your list for the weekend. The only way to maintain a weight that you desire is to eat right - but in a way that you adhere to and not lose your mind. So keep up the good work...just remember, no one can do this but for you but you. Good luck!
