Is this a healthy meal plan?

i'm trying to lose the weight before june like every other girl who's got a little extra weight lol



okay i plan to exercise by doing tae bo in the morning and walking home from school every day, which is 5 miles away from my house. when i build the endurance i'll jog from school.



breakfast [done in a hurry]

oatmeal

banana

water



lunch:

egg sandwich [two slices of toasted whole grain bread with a little mustard and a cooked egg in it]

water



after school:

6'; veggie delite from subway

water



dinner:

broccoli and tofu.. i don't know how many calories this has because it's my dad's recipe. i'll ask him about the ingredients later.



should i cut/add anything?Is this a healthy meal plan?
Add a little variety. Only eating the same thing over and over again gets almost painful.



Also, subway isn't the greatest for you, and cutting back on any meal possible is best. I only eat two meals a day, a breakfast and a dinner. My Boi, you have to cut back on not only what you eat, but how much of it you eat as well. Eat only until you're more or less full, and eat slowly so you don't surpass what you actually need to eat.



But the walking home from school is a good idea, a better idea is to walk both ways. Doubles your endurance training, then at night a little bit before bed (which if you go earlier the better) do Tae Bo, that way it will tire you out, and it will help you sleep easier.Is this a healthy meal plan?
Pretty good, try adding a higher souce of carbs/protein to your diet.
